Fumi enjoys the one on one interaction with clients and is thrilled to be helping clients feel better and work to achieve their maximum potential. She is certified on all the specialized equipment.

Two of our three evenings,  snuggle in to receive a guided meditation and sound bath.  Spun quarts crystal bowls and chimes will send you into deep relaxation and healing.

Join us on an afternoon walk at American Camp, located on the south side of the island.  Here you will happen upon short eared owls, marsh hawks, bald eagles, island foxes, and local fauna.

Whether you knit or not, join us for fireside connection.  Perhaps you enjoy quite journaling and introspection, or learning about another's thoughts and experiences.  This time is meant for you to refill, regroup, and relax.  

I was raised in the north woods of Canada and Greenwich Village; my degrees are in math and engineering and I am a biologist. Contrasts, especially ones you live - challenge and establish belief systems. As a biomechanist I think a lot about how animals, including humans, do everyday things like breathe, and eat, and move. As a natural historian I try to understand how living things fit together and interact with their environment.  

An afternoon activity of choice is cold plunging and a wood fired sauna.  Sweat out toxins and connect with others while experiencing intense heat and cold immersion (water with electrolytes will be provided).
